Ich beschloss, jetzt mit HowardHanna (damals Wells Bowen) zusammenzuarbeiten, basierend auf ihrer Professionalität und Integrität. Sie werden leider feststellen, dass es bei den Immobilienunternehmen der "großen Kette" nur um Transaktionen und Geld geht. Aus diesem Grund haben mein Mann und ich nach kurzer Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Unternehmen mit Ann bei Wells Bowen zusammengearbeitet. Sie war so authentisch und bodenständig und war während des gesamten Prozesses so reaktionsschnell / hilfsbereit. Meine Familie hat Ann jetzt für mehrere Häuser verwendet sowohl beim Kauf als auch beim Verkauf. Tatsächlich hat sie letzte Woche die Wohnung meiner Großeltern verkauft. Ich kann die Firma nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Makler sind gute Leute, die man sich als Freunde vorstellen kann. Eine Maklerin namens Joy, mit der ich zusammengearbeitet habe, war sehr unhöflich, als sie nach einer Woche des Versuchs, diese Immobilie zu bekommen, herausfand, dass ich mit einem anderen ging, weil ich lächerlich viel Zeit hatte, um durch die Reifen zu springen, um ein Haus über sie zu mieten. Sie war die ganze Zeit über extrem unprofessionell mit ihr. Ich würde dieses Geschäft nicht empfehlen.
