Ich hatte eine großartige Erfahrung damit, ein Aqua Lily Pad als Geschenk für meine Mutter zu kaufen. Der Versand wurde aufgrund von COVID verzögert, aber ich wurde auf dem Laufenden gehalten und sobald das Pad ausgeliefert war, hatten wir es in weniger als 48 Stunden. Als unser Pad kam, hatte es einen kleinen Riss, also kontaktierte ich ALP und sie lösten das Problem schnell. Ich hörte fast sofort zurück und bekam die Option, das Pad zurückzusenden (ohne Kosten für mich selbst) und das Pad durch ein neues zu ersetzen oder ein kostenloses Reparaturset und einen drahtlosen Lautsprecher für die Unannehmlichkeiten zu erhalten. Ich kann ALP nur empfehlen für ihre großartigen Produkte und den großartigen Kundenservice.

Gekauft 5. Juni ist noch nicht angekommen. Was enttäuschender ist, ist, dass auf der Website keine Probleme mit Versandzeiten, Nachbestellungen usw. erwähnt wurden. Als das Unternehmen angerufen wurde, wurde erwähnt, dass es sich aufgrund von Covid um eine langsame Verarbeitung / einen langsamen Versand handelte. Welches ist verständlich. Aktualisieren Sie jedoch Ihre Website mit den richtigen Informationen, damit die Erwartungen Ihres Kunden korrekt sind. Konkurrierende Unternehmen hatten Produkte auf Lager und hätten in wenigen Tagen eintreffen können. Die von Ihrem Unternehmen bereitgestellten Informationen besagen nun, dass der Versand am 6.15 Uhr und am 6.19.20 Uhr erfolgte. Dieser Beitrag ist 6.24 und ist noch nicht angekommen, und Ihr Unternehmen hat nicht auf den Grund geantwortet. An diesem Tag der Tracking-Informationen sollten wir wissen, wo sich das Produkt befindet und wann die Lieferung erfolgt.
Ich hoffe, das Produkt ist gut, wenn es ankommt, da es leider zuletzt direkt von dieser Firma gekauft wurde. Ich empfehle dringend, Amazon oder direkt über Costco zu verwenden, wenn Sie kaufen.

Schlechter Kundenservice und Versand. Bestellt am 6/4. Die Bestellung wurde am 22.06. Aktualisiert und zeigt an, dass sie versendet wurde. Das Produkt wurde erst am 30.06. Versandt. Einen Monat nach der Bestellung habe ich das Produkt noch nicht erhalten.

Vor über einem Monat bestellt, immer noch nichts. Mehrmals angerufen. Kundenservice war keine Hilfe. Wir haben über 500 Dollar ausgegeben und sie sind überhaupt keine Hilfe.
