ÜbersetztIch bin heute zusammen mit meinem Mann zur Impfung gekommen. Nachdem ich meinen Impfstoff erhalten hatte, sagte mir Dr. Shapiro, ich solle fünfzehn Minuten warten und gehen. Ich fragte, ob ich jemanden benachrichtigen müsse, bevor ich ging, antwortete er. Nun, das war falsch. Später, als ich nach dem nächsten Termin fragte, fand ich heraus, dass ich eine Impfkarte brauche. Dies war kein großes Problem, das eigentliche Problem war die junge Dame, die für die Ausgabe der Karten verantwortlich war. 30 Minuten nach dem Schuss hatte ich meine Karte immer noch nicht erhalten. Als ich mich nach der Karte erkundigte, ignorierte sie mich, als ich dann an die Glastrennwand klopfte, wurde sie wütend. Sie hatte eine sehr böse Einstellung. Sie ist die falsche Person für eine Rezeptionistin. Nicht kundenorientiert. Alle anderen wirken sehr professionell.
ÜbersetztDr. Shapiro ist ein ausgezeichneter Arzt. Ich habe ihn wegen meines verstopften Nasengangs gesehen. Er war sehr informativ, gründlich, hilfsbereit, geduldig und freundlich. Ich fand heraus, dass mein Septum abweicht, was normalerweise durch eine Operation korrigiert wird. Stattdessen schlug er zunächst ein weniger invasives In-Office-Verfahren vor und ging von dort aus. Es ist ein Monat vergangen und das Verfahren hat enorm geholfen. Ich kann so viel besser atmen!
ÜbersetztIch hatte heute um 11:45 Uhr einen Folgetermin für mein Ohr. Ich hatte eine Ohrenentzündung und Schwerhörigkeit. Als ich ankam, rief ich wie angewiesen im Büro an. Die Frau an der Rezeption sagte mir, ich solle in meinem Auto bleiben und ich würde einen Anruf erhalten, wenn ich hochkommen kann. Ich habe den Anruf um 12.20 Uhr erhalten. Der Arzt hat mich erst um 1:00 Uhr gesehen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hat er ein Video in den Raum gebracht, um die Optionen zu besprechen. Er sagte mir, ich müsse an diesem Tag eine Audioprüfung machen. Ich habe bis 2:00 auf diese Prüfung gewartet. Danach wurde mir gesagt, ich solle im Wartezimmer warten. Dann wurde mir gesagt, ich solle zurück in einen der Untersuchungsräume gehen, um gesehen zu werden. Ich wartete bis 3:00 Uhr, bevor ich aufstand und ging. Ich ging zur Rezeption und sagte ihnen, dass ich seit 11:45 gewartet hatte und es jetzt 3:00 war. Es war offensichtlich, dass der Arzt mich nicht wiedersehen würde. Ich bat darum, auszuchecken und zu bezahlen. An der Rezeption ging kein einziger Mensch hin, um nachzusehen, wo der Arzt war. Sie fragten mich, wie viel ich für den Besuch bezahlen müsste. Ich sagte ihnen 150 Dollar.
Jetzt ist es also 15.30 Uhr und ich habe einen ganzen Tag in dieser Arztpraxis verschwendet. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich Schläuche in mein Ohr oder Steroide brauche. Niemand konnte mir die professionelle Höflichkeit entgegenbringen, mich auf dem Laufenden zu halten, wann der Arzt bei mir sein würde oder warum es so unglaublich lange dauerte.
Jedes Mal, wenn ich in dieses Büro gehe, muss ich 2-3 Stunden darauf warten, gesehen zu werden. Wenn die Ärzte keine Patienten sehen können, können sie uns zumindest einen neuen Termin festlegen. Ich finde die Planung dieses Büros unglaublich unprofessionell.
