Leider habe ich das digitale Panorama-Röntgengerät von Vatech gekauft, als ich vor ungefähr 5 Jahren meine Praxis aufbaute. Nach nur 4,5 Jahren wurden die Röntgenstrahlen immer mehr verzerrt, bis sie eines Tages vollständig verzerrt wurden. Das Unternehmen machte die Klinik dafür verantwortlich, dass "jemand an der Pfanne hängt, um den Arm zu beugen". Als sie bemerkten, wie idiotisch ihre Argumentation klang, änderten sie sie in "Ein großer, großer Kerl, der sich sehr hart hineinzog". Aus diesem Grund war der Arm nicht richtig ausgerichtet und die Pfanne konnte nicht repariert werden. Ich hatte nur die Möglichkeit, eine neue für "den halben Preis" zu kaufen. Für mich ist es ein Stück Müll, an dem ein hoher Preis angebracht ist, wenn ein 50000-Dollar-Gerät nicht repariert werden kann, egal was passiert, es sei denn, Sie fahren mit einem Bulldozer darüber.
