Der schlechteste Kundenservice, mit dem ich je zu tun hatte, seit ich vor 8 Jahren Unternehmer wurde. Das neue Ultraschallgerät, das ich vor 12 Monaten gekauft hatte, hatte Probleme. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Garantie abgelaufen ist, so dass wir für die Servicegebühren verantwortlich sind. Uns wurde auch gesagt, dass kein Leihprogramm existierte, also würden wir so lange ohne unsere Maschine sein, wie sie es brauchten, um es zu reparieren. Da es immer noch inkonsistent funktionierte und es in unserer Praxis eine arbeitsreiche Zeit war, haben wir es zurückgehalten, es an sie zurückzusenden. Als wir es ihnen endlich zuschicken konnten, stellte sich heraus, dass sie ein Leihprogramm hatten. Allerdings hatten sie damals noch keinen Leihwagen. Als sie die Maschine erhielten, stellten sie fest, dass die Hauptplatine ausgefallen war. Wir schlugen vor, dass wir vielleicht nicht für den Austausch der Hauptplatine in einem einjährigen Gerät verantwortlich sein sollten. Wir gingen zum Firmeninhaber, der 15 Minuten damit verbrachte, meinen Büroleiter anzuschreien und schließlich zu sagen, dass nur "Gott" entscheiden könne, ob die Maschine funktionieren würde oder nicht. Auch dass sie dieses Modell nicht mehr verkauften, weil es eine so schwierige Maschine war. Trotzdem verlangten sie eine Zahlung, bevor sie unsere Maschine an uns zurücksenden würden. Würde nie wieder etwas von dieser Firma kaufen.
