Sie brauchen die zusätzliche Arbeitskraft, um Spenden zu sammeln, und das ist schwierig, wenn Sie der praktische Teil des Prozesses sind. Sie sammeln das Geld und kümmern sich um den Papierkram. Dann übergeben sie es an Wohltätigkeitsorganisationen, und der United Way kann entscheiden, was die Gemeinde am meisten braucht, oder die Gemeinde entscheidet, und dann handelt die Wohltätigkeitsorganisation entsprechend. Es geht darum, die Community einzubeziehen und sich gegenseitig zu unterstützen, was ich wirklich liebe. Ich wünschte, ich hätte früher von United Way gewusst, also hätte ich die ganze Zeit spenden können.
