Ich war über 15 Jahre lang Kunde und habe mich schließlich abgemeldet und zu Skype gewechselt. Mit Skype bezahle ich 1 Jahr lang, was ich früher mit Uniotel 1 Monat lang für einen sehr unberechenbaren Service bezahlt habe.
Sehr schlechter Service, schlechter Kundenservice, man muss oft anrufen und sie antworten nicht auf E-Mails. Der Service funktionierte nicht oft und niemand würde ihn für Sie lösen. Nachdem Sie den Anspruch per E-Mail geltend gemacht hatten, gab es keine Lösung. Ich musste täglich meine eigenen Leitungen anrufen, um zu sehen, ob der Anruf durchkommen würde. Dann hat der Inkassosektor versehentlich viele Monate zusammen berechnet, weil er mich nicht rechtzeitig angerufen und mir mitgeteilt hat, dass die Zahlungen nicht eingegangen sind. Auch mein Service war ausgefallen, er wurde monatelang gekürzt. Sehr schlechtes Management.
Ich möchte klarstellen, dass dies vor der Pandemie begann. Bevor der Service gut war.
