Nachdem ich einen Ticket-Appell eingereicht hatte, folgte ich fünf Mal (ich war zu XX Terminen in Hawaii, um mich vor Gericht zu treffen). Es dauerte über 3 Monate, bis ich einen Brief mit einem vorgeschlagenen Gerichtstermin erhielt, zu dem ich bereits weg war. Ich lebe in Kanada, daher konnte ich auf keinen Fall vor Gericht nach HI zurückkehren.

Die Antwort lautete: "Sie können einen Anwalt beauftragen, Ihren Fall zu vertreten." Das ist natürlich nicht vernünftig, da es mehr kosten würde als das Ticket.

Der Strafzettel diente auch dazu, ein Auto auf einer legalen Überholspur zu überholen, wenn dies sicher war. Man muss so ziemlich immer beschleunigen, um schnell vorbeizukommen und entgegenkommende Autos nicht zu gefährden. Dies war in meinem Berufungsfall ...

Die Verschwendung von Steuergeldern und diese Verstöße sind reiner Raub.
