Arrogant und nicht ansprechbar! Unser Unternehmen hat Trinsoft beauftragt, uns bei der Implementierung von D365 zu unterstützen. Sie haben dafür einen angemessenen Betrag berechnet, aber der Service war schrecklich. Zu Beginn haben sie uns auf YouTube-Videos hingewiesen, um herauszufinden, wie es funktioniert. Wenn wir Probleme hatten, Daten zu migrieren, wurden wir immer ein paar Wochen auf eine Antwort gedrängt. Nach drei Monaten, in denen wir extrem frustriert waren und eine schnellere Antwort verlangten, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir wahrscheinlich nicht zu ihnen passen und sie einen Teil unserer Zahlung zurückerstatten würden. Am Ende des Tages verbrachten wir also im Grunde 2K, bekamen nichts dafür und mussten uns in eine andere Richtung bewegen.

Ich habe noch nie mit einem Technologieunternehmen zusammengearbeitet, das so zielstrebig, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit war. Dieses Personal ist nicht von dieser Welt. Sie haben mich mit ihrer Liebe zum Detail, ihrer Pünktlichkeit, sich um mich und meine Anliegen zu kümmern, und ihrem Wissen umgehauen. Ich bin ein kleines Unternehmen, daher kann ich mir keinen Techniker leisten (und brauche ihn auch nicht wirklich) - aber die Unterstützung von TrinSoft hat meine Arbeit so viel einfacher gemacht. Ich kann mich wieder auf das konzentrieren, worin ich gut bin, anstatt mich um meine Technologie und Computersachen zu kümmern.
