Schrecklich. Zuerst mit dem Besitzer zusammengearbeitet und 2 Tage damit verbracht, auf eine Antwort zu warten, als wir sicherstellten, dass sie wussten, dass wir es eilig hatten, eine Tür zu bekommen. Dann wurde er an einen anderen Mitarbeiter weitergegeben, der 1,5 Tage brauchte, um auf jegliche Korrespondenz zu antworten. Nachdem sie 2 Wochen hin und her verbracht hatten, konnten sie es immer noch nicht richtig hinbekommen. Sie mussten lediglich eine einfache E-Mail lesen, die klar erklärte, wie wir vorgehen wollten und nicht. Stattdessen schickten sie uns dreimal dasselbe Angebot, das wir zuvor abgelehnt hatten. Tun Sie sich selbst einen Gefallen, probieren Sie einen anderen Anbieter aus, wir sind auf dem Weg zu Windows & Doors Inc. in Pompton Plains NJ. Bisher ist der Kundenservice 10 mal besser. Zu Ihrer Information, Home Depot führt die gleichen Produkte wie Tower, die Mühe lohnt sich nicht

Ich habe alle Fenster in meinem Haus über Tower Windows and Doors neu gemacht. Ihr Verkaufsteam war großartig und hat mich mit einigen lokalen Auftragnehmern für die Installation verbunden. Insgesamt war die Auswahl und die Möglichkeit, die genauen Fenster auszuwählen, ein großes Plus. Sie hatten sogar ein benutzerdefiniertes 100-Zoll-Panoramafenster mit flankierenden Doppelaufhängungen. Sieht großartig aus und ist im Vergleich zu den vorherigen über 50 Jahre alten Fenstern stark verbessert!

Hatte 2015 eine fantastische Erfahrung mit ihnen, als ich 14 Fenster und 2 Außentüren für unser neues Zuhause kaufte. Da ich als eigener Generalunternehmer tätig war, brauchte ich Informationen, die sie sinnvoll und fachmännisch zur Verfügung gestellt haben. Sie erwarteten die speziellen Vorschriften, die an einigen Stellen gehärtetes Glas und in einem kleinen Schlafzimmer ein Flügelfenster erforderten, um die Anforderungen an den Feueraustritt zu erfüllen. Ich werde für zukünftige Bedürfnisse wieder auf das zurückgehen.
