Ich habe dort angerufen, um ein Angebot für mein Kind zu bekommen, und sie waren unhöflich. Die Frau, die ans Telefon ging, schien keine Geschäfte zu machen. Ich habe den Vater meiner Tochter geschickt, um eine Bewerbung zu bekommen, und die Dame hat nicht erklärt, was sie tun soll, sondern hat nur hier gesagt. Also ja, ich habe hier einen Kunden verloren.

Mein Sohn ist seit einem Monat dort und das gesamte Personal ist sehr unprofessionell! Sie machen keine Zwischenfallberichte, nachdem mein Sohn gebissen wurde und blaue Flecken im Gesicht hatte! Das Personal informiert die Eltern nicht über ALLES MIT IHREM KIND! Das Personal wird ständig wütend, wenn Ihr Kind jammert oder weint! Wahnsinnig, weil ein BABY kein Nickerchen machen will! Will nur dein Geld! Ghetto und Boden der Fasskindertagesstätte. Das Wohl Ihres Kindes ist ihnen völlig egal! Personal kümmert sich nicht um Kinder und informiert die Eltern nicht über ihre Bedürfnisse!
