Wir haben folgende Erfahrungen mit Tormax:
Schiebetür in einem neuen Gebäude im Jahr 2018 im Zuge des Baus platziert.
Nicht auf den Preis gefeilscht (teuer, aber gut)
Nach Abschluss des Neubaus im Jahr 2019 wurde der Tormax angepasst und gestartet
2020 fällt der Türkontakt aus (Wert 15-50 Euro)
Es folgt eine sehr schnelle und kompetente Intervention.
Wir versuchen uns die Schuld zu geben (Missbrauch?!?) Für eine Codetastatur, die einmal am Tag verwendet wird?
Für den Eingriff, der bereits 20 Minuten gedauert hat, folgt eine Rechnung von 540 Euro. Diese Rechnung wurde von uns bestritten, aber pünktlich bezahlt.
Laut tormax beginnt die Garantie mit der INSTALLATION, die in der Praxis KEINE Garantie darstellt, da sie nach 1 Jahr nicht mehr verwendet wurde.
Nach einiger Beharrlichkeit folgt ein Drohbrief eines Anwalts.

Diese Firma versteht nicht, was zufriedene Kunden sind. Eine Schulung im Umgang mit Beschwerden schadet hier wirklich nicht. Auf der Suche nach einer automatischen Schiebetür?
