Darüber hinaus könnte die Website selbst hinsichtlich Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Design einige Verbesserungen vertragen. Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass die Einrichtungen gut gepflegt waren und das Personal freundlich war. Im Großen und Ganzen war es eine gute Erfahrung, entsprach aber nicht ganz den Erwartungen, die auf der Website gesetzt wurden.
