Aber auch mit den Verwandten ist die Geschäftsführung abscheulich schlecht, versteckt sich hinter allem und schickt die Leute mit Gerede in den Wald. Zum Beispiel lassen die Pfleger auch regelmäßig Stiche fallen und sie verweigern bestimmte Pflegeaufgaben. Essen, Plaudern, Kaffeetrinken und das Sitzen im Büro bei geschlossener Tür sind bis auf wenige Ausnahmen wichtiger als die Kunden in bestimmten Abteilungen. Kann den Tag kaum erwarten, an dem mein Vater gehen kann.
