Die Angestellten sind alle sehr freundlich und höflich und ich war beeindruckt von der Sorgfalt, die ich erfahren habe. Besonders die Krankenschwestern sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben darauf geachtet, auf meine Bedürfnisse zu hören und entsprechend zu handeln. Das Gebäude ist sauber und modern, so dass Sie sich im Gegensatz zu anderen Operationen, in denen ich gewesen bin, in der Umgebung wohl fühlen. Es ist auch nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, was das Pendeln sehr einfach macht.

Bisher wirklich tolle Erfahrung. Der Arzt nahm sich die Zeit, um Zahlen für meine Bedürfnisse zu finden, anstatt mich nur dazu zu bringen, sie selbst herauszufinden. Stellte die entsprechenden Fragen und half mir voll und ganz. Das Gebäude ist sauber und ordentlich und gut präsentiert. Die Rezeptionisten sind nett und leicht zu sprechen, sehr hilfreich.

Empfangsmitarbeiter, die äußerst unhöflich und unprofessionell sind, behandeln die Mitarbeiter nicht mit Würde oder Respekt, ohne dass ein Hauch von Empathie gegeben ist. Junge Mädchen ohne Lebenserfahrung und ohne Mitgefühl für andere bringen die älteren Frauen zurück, die im Ruhestand waren und zumindest wussten, wie man mit Menschen spricht und höflich ist! Ärzte, einige sind in Ordnung, andere sind Platzverschwendung, aber wenn etwas mit Ihnen nicht stimmt, erwarten Sie nicht, dass sie sich genug darum kümmern, es aufzuheben. Ich wurde jahrelang falsch diagnostiziert. Auch minimale Unterstützung gegeben, wenn schließlich diagnostiziert wurde. Habe diese Operation nach 12 Jahren verlassen. Vermeiden Sie, wenn Ihre Gesundheit für Sie wichtig ist.
