Letztes Jahr haben wir The Laurel Group beauftragt, unseren Garten neu zu gestalten, weil sie einen guten Ruf zu haben schienen. Scott kam zu uns nach Hause und zeigte uns ein paar Designs, die für die Größe unseres Grundstücks weit übertrieben waren. Wir haben uns endlich auf Design und Preis festgelegt. Alles war in Ordnung, bis es Zeit war zu beginnen.

Sie waren Wochen hinter dem Zeitplan und der Vorgesetzte hatte einen anderen Plan als den, auf den wir uns geeinigt hatten. Als wir ihn befragten, gab er uns eine Einstellung und machte es weiter auf seine Weise. Die grünen Riesen, die sie gepflanzt hatten, sahen aus wie Charlie Brown-Bäume. Wenn wir nach besser aussehenden Bäumen fragen, erhalten wir mehr Einstellung. Es dauerte mehrere Anrufe ins Büro, um sie zu ersetzen. Sogar Scott hatte eine Einstellung, als wir ihn baten, die Bereiche zu reparieren, die seine Arbeiter während des Baus beschädigt hatten. Wir hatten erwartet, dass unser Garten für den Geldbetrag, den sie erhielten, ein wenig präsentabel aussehen würde. Das Endergebnis sehr enttäuscht. Ich hätte selbst einen besseren Job machen können.

Das Projekt begann über einen Monat später als mitgeteilt, was die Pläne für Abschlussfeiern und Familientreffen zum Erliegen brachte und verdarb. Pflanzen und Bäume waren ein Bruchteil der Größe, die wir erwartet hatten. Alle Bäume mussten neu gepflanzt werden, da sie braun wurden und zu einem schrecklichen Anblick wurden. Das Personal war nicht empfänglich und unangenehm zu behandeln, da diese Probleme auftraten. Wir haben letztendlich ein anderes Unternehmen beauftragt, das seltsame Layout von Stauden und Pflanzungen zu korrigieren, was zu einem insgesamt schlechten Design führte. So enttäuscht.
