Ich habe mich bei parklea auf die Stelle als Justizvollzugsbeamter beworben und war erfolgreich und wurde zu einer 9-wöchigen Schulung bis zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung eingeladen, die HR-Damen von parklea haben mir zugesichert, dass die Kontrollen vor Schulungsbeginn wieder erfolgen und so die 1. Kündigungen an ehemalige Arbeitgeber, ich tat dies und dann in der 2. Woche in der Ausbildung wurde ich in das Personalbüro gezogen und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich keine Freigabe bekommen würde und dort nicht arbeiten könnte und gehen musste. Aufgrund der GEO-Gruppe bei parklea wurde ich arbeitslos und in finanziellen Schwierigkeiten versuchte ich, entweder mit ihrer Hilfe oder durch Korrekturdienste eine Berufung zu erhalten, aber die Geo-Gruppe war nicht hilfreich. Ich würde eine Anstellung bei der Geo-Gruppe parklea nicht empfehlen. Meine kurze Zeit bei ihnen schien, was der Generaldirektor für das Gefängnis hält und was die Wärter, die neue Rekruten unterrichten, nicht dasselbe sind und ihre Personalabteilung ist erbärmlich. Private Gefängnisse funktionieren nicht!!!
