As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to engage with a training company that specializes in communication and public speaking skills. Although the sessions were informative and featured a range of useful techniques, I found the overall experience to be quite average. The website provided a decent overview of their services, and the registration process was fairly straightforward, but I couldn't help but feel that something was missing in terms of personalization. The instructors were knowledgeable and professional, but there was little interaction beyond the traditional classroom setting. Additionally, I found the pricing to be a bit on the higher side compared to similar programs I have come across. While I did gain valuable insights, I was left wanting more from the experience. Overall, an average training company with room for improvement.
