Unsere Schulgesellschaft hat MealTime seit vielen Jahren als POS. Als wir mit MealTime anfingen, war das Support-System großartig, aber vor allem sehr aktuell. Wir würden unsere Fragen und / oder Probleme schnell beheben. Das Support-Team ist immer noch großartig, aber nicht rechtzeitig. Montag kamen wir zur Schule und stellten fest, dass unser System beschädigt war, wir hatten die Daten vom Freitag verloren und ich rief Mealtime an und teilte ihnen unser Problem mit. Mir wurde gesagt, ich würde auf die Rückrufliste gesetzt und 28 Stunden später riefen sie mich zurück. Wir brauchten Hilfe sofort nicht 28 Stunden später!

Wenn ich ihnen mehr als fünf Sterne geben könnte, würde ich. Unsere Schulen haben sich nach der Einführung der MealTime-Software in Bezug auf Verhalten, Aufnahme von Gemüse und allgemeines Glück dramatisch verbessert.
