Von unserer ersten Beratung bis zur Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Planer Nick verlief alles reibungslos und machte unseren Tag genau so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Es war wunderbar, mit Nick zu arbeiten - von der Flexibilität bei unseren Arrangements bis zur schnellen und reaktionsschnellen Kommunikation; Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Partner wünschen können. Der Service von Natasha Sharrock war entsetzlich - kam nicht zu unserer Besichtigung. Wir hinterließen eine Voicemail am Veranstaltungsort, die nie zurückgegeben wurde. Stattdessen schickte sie eine arme Kellnerin, um die Nachricht zu überbringen, dass sie den Termin verwirrt hatte. Ich verstehe, dass es manchmal zu Verwechslungen kommt, aber die Tatsache, dass sie sich immer noch nicht die Mühe gemacht hat, anzurufen, um sich zu entschuldigen / neu zu planen, ist sehr enttäuschend. Ich würde nicht einmal in Betracht ziehen, meine Hochzeit hier zu haben, wenn dies der Service von Anfang an ist. Enttäuschend!
