Gebäudemanager Hristo Nikolov ist schrecklich und nicht verantwortlich. Er hat dem Mieter keine nützlichen Informationen mitgeteilt oder rechtzeitig auf E-Mails geantwortet. Verschwenden Sie Mieterzeit, wir fordern den Auszugsprozess und die Inspektion an, er hat uns nicht alles erzählt, mehrmals angerufen, um den Aufzug zu buchen, er hat nicht alles fertig gemacht, nachdem wir ausgezogen waren, antwortete er per E-Mail, dass wir das Schlüsselfreigabeformular nicht unterschrieben haben. Das oder das haben wir nicht gemacht.

Die TFC-Wohnung ist gut, aber der Gebäudemanager ist schrecklich. Mieten Sie diesen Standort nicht. Wählen Sie einen anderen TFC.

Center Boulevard ist großartig. Gebäudepersonal ist aufmerksam/antwortet. Ich fand meine Mieterhöhungen fair. Angeblich geht es weiter. Werde die Leute und die Aussicht vermissen.
