Es tut mir leid, eine so "kurze" Bewertung abgeben zu müssen. Der Trainer war großartig, sehr sympathisch, informativ und sachkundig. Ich kam jedoch mit der dringenden Notwendigkeit, meine BLS zu erhalten, um bei meinem Arbeitgeber zu arbeiten. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass es bis zu 20 Tage dauern kann, bis Sie eine E-Mail über AHA erhalten, aber normalerweise innerhalb von 2-10 Tagen. Nachdem 7 Tage überschritten waren, rief ich an, um einzuchecken und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich weiter warten solle. Nach 15 Tagen rief ich wieder an und wurde gleich weitergeleitet. Jetzt, nach 20 Tagen, rief ich an, um zu sehen, was los war. Wie sich herausstellte, wurde mein Papierkram nicht einmal bei der AHA eingereicht. Sie sagten, sie würden es beschleunigen und ich sollte es innerhalb eines Tages erhalten, aber dies hätte vor 2 Wochen untersucht werden sollen. Ich wurde von einer Anstellung abgehalten (Einkommen für meine Familie) und könnte sogar meine Gelegenheit verpassen, da es so lange gedauert hat, bis ich meine BLS-Zertifizierung erhalten habe.

Ich habe vor kurzem einen BLS-Kurs hier gemacht. Es sollte eine Auffrischung für mich und eine erstmalige Zertifizierung für meinen Teenager sein. Dies war ohne Frage der schlechteste BLS-Kurs, den ich je gemacht habe. Das Verhältnis von Lehrer zu Schüler war doppelt so hoch, wie es die American Heart Association erlaubt. Der Ausbilder ging nicht auf Grundlagen wie das Überprüfen eines Pulses oder des Atmens oder das Wechseln der Rollen oder das Einbeziehen eines zweiten Retters ein. Es gab keinen Anfang bis zum Ende der Fähigkeitendemonstration oder einen Fähigkeitscheck. Wenn ich CPR nicht gekannt hätte, hätten mein Kind und der andere Teenager in unserer Gruppe es nie gelernt, weil der Lehrer nie beurteilte, ob die Fähigkeiten angemessen ausgeführt wurden. Ich bin wütend und angewidert, dass ich 75 Dollar für jeden von uns bezahlt habe.
