Ein Personalvermittler von Talent wollte mit mir über eine Stelle sprechen, für die ich mich beworben habe, aber er hat keine meiner Anrufe oder E-Mails zurückgegeben. Die Verwaltungsdame, die am Telefon antwortete, teilte mir mit, dass sich der Personalvermittler in einer Besprechung befindet und meinen Anruf zurückgeben wird. Sie war jedes Mal, wenn ich angerufen habe, in einer Besprechung.

Ich war anfangs so beeindruckt, dass sie sehr nett wirkten und mich besuchen würden, um zu sehen, wie ich mit meiner Arbeitssuche zurechtkam. Dann wurde mir ein Vorstellungsgespräch angeboten, und mir wurde am Telefon mitgeteilt, dass die Bezahlung 65.000 USD (+ super) betrug, was über meinen Gehaltserwartungen lag. Ich erhielt dann eine E-Mail mit der Stellenbeschreibung und den Details. Ich hatte ein großartiges Interview mit dem Unternehmen, mit dem ich gegründet wurde. Der Interviewer erzählt mir eine völlig andere Position / Beschreibung als die, die mir von der Agentur mitgeteilt wurde. Dann fragten sie mich, was meine Gehaltserwartung sei und ich sagte, dass mir von der Agentur mitgeteilt wurde, dass sie 65.000 Dollar anbieten, mit denen ich zufrieden war. Der Interviewer sagt mir dann, dass es 50.000 - 55.000 für die Rolle waren. Womit ich immer noch zufrieden war und das habe ich ihnen klar gemacht. Auch die Berufsbezeichnung / Beschreibung, die ich von der Agentur erhalten habe, stimmte mit den 65.000 überein, da dies eine größere Rolle war. Mir wurde gesagt, ich würde bis Ende der Woche von der Agentur hören (das Interview war letzten Mittwoch). Ich habe nichts gehört, also habe ich gerade angerufen und mir wurde im Grunde gesagt, dass einer der Gründe, warum ich den Job nicht bekommen habe, darin besteht, dass ich zu viel Geld gesucht habe (ich habe nicht einmal gesagt, dass ich nach diesem Geldbetrag gesucht habe). . Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich mit Missverständnissen in Bezug auf das Gehalt reingegangen bin und es im Grunde genommen vermasselt habe. Also habe ich einen Job so ziemlich verpasst, weil sie mir alles auferlegt haben, was ich missverstanden habe, als ich wusste, was ich gehört habe. Verschwendete meine Zeit, ihre Zeit und die Zeit der Unternehmen. Zumindest habe ich hier gelernt, sicherzustellen, dass die Bezahlung als Beweis in die E-Mail aufgenommen wird.
