Leider hat DHCD diesem Unternehmen im Sommer 2020 ...

Leider hat DHCD diesem Unternehmen im Sommer 2020 mein HPAP-Darlehen neu zugewiesen. Meine erste Zahlung war am 01.07. fällig, die ich pünktlich bezahlt habe. Anschließend habe ich meine monatlichen Zahlungen an folgenden Terminen bezahlt: 08.05., 01.09., 10.05. Seit August steht auf der Monatsrechnung, dass ich 30 Tage zu spät komme. Wie ist es möglich, wenn ich gerade den ersten Monat bezahlt habe? Also rief ich sie im August an und sie sagten, dass es einen Abrechnungsfehler gab und dieser auf der Rechnung vom September behoben wird. Wie Sie sich vorstellen können, passierte es im September wieder, also rief ich erneut an und sie sagten, dass es behoben sei. Der Oktober ist da, das gleiche Problem, und sie haben mir eine Verzugsgebühr berechnet, die von dem zusätzlichen Hauptbetrag abgezogen wurde, den ich in meiner Zahlung enthalten habe. Heute, 29. Oktober, habe ich erneut angerufen und die gleiche Antwort erhalten: "Ich weiß nicht, warum das passiert, aber wir können es nicht im Kundenservice beheben und ich habe keine andere Nummer, um Sie zu vermitteln". Was nützt ein Kundenservice, wenn er Abrechnungsprobleme nicht beheben kann? Es gibt weder eine Abrechnungsabteilung noch einen Vorgesetzten, der sich um dieses Abrechnungsproblem kümmert. In der Zwischenzeit weiß ich nicht, ob sie mich gemeldet haben und mein Kredit betroffen ist. Schreckliche Dienste und ich weiß immer noch nicht, was ich tun soll! So frustrierend.
