Leider fühle ich mich aufgrund meiner Erfahrung mit Jim Dawson, dem Eigentümer, gezwungen, mir Zeit zu nehmen und ehrliches Feedback zu Synergy Signs / Graphics abzugeben. Obwohl mein erster Eindruck und meine Erfahrung mit ihm und seinem Team sehr positiv waren, stellte sich heraus, dass es äußerst enttäuschend war, als das Projekt ENDLICH abgeschlossen war. Ich zahlte seine erforderlichen 50% für das Projekt und dann dauerte es über ein Jahr von diesem Zeitpunkt an, bis das Projekt abgeschlossen war. Nachdem er meine Kaution hinterlegt hatte, hörte ich sehr wenig Kommunikation von ihm, und es war mehr als frustrierend, mit dem anderen Subunternehmer zusammenzuarbeiten, um die Schilderfundamentierung abzuschließen. Am Ende spielte er Fingerzeig und Schuldzuweisungen, wenn die Dinge nicht so reibungslos liefen wie geplant, und überließ es mir, die Details selbst zu klären. Sehr schlechter Kommunikator, sehr langsam, um das Projekt abzuschließen, und würde definitiv die Arbeit mit diesem Team in Zukunft überdenken. Sie sind äußerst künstlerisch und kreativ, aber wenn es um Kommunikation und Ausführung geht, lassen sie zu wünschen übrig.
