Rachel reagierte erst am späten Morgen und telefonisch NICHT PER E-MAIL, was meine beste Methode für Behinderungen ist. Dies wurde Rachel während unserer ersten Einnahme nachdrücklich mitgeteilt. Als Rachel heute, am 21. Juli, zu mir nach Hause kam, entschuldigte sie sich für ihren Mangel an Kommunikation und brachte meine Medikamentenliste nicht mit. Rachel verließ das Haus, nachdem sie sich abgewehrt und Entschuldigungen für ihren Mangel an Kommunikation gegeben hatte. Rachel äußerte auch verletzende Anschuldigungen über mich, als sie aus der Tür ging. Ich kontaktierte ihren direkten Vorgesetzten, Lana King (nachdem ich über ihre allgemeine Nummer nichts erfahren hatte und ihre PCA-Rezeption kontaktieren musste), die Rachel unterstützte und keine Verantwortung für ihre schlechten Managementfähigkeiten und ihre schlechte Kommunikation übernahm. Leider hat Superior Home Care eine hohe Fluktuation und stellt ständig ein. Lana King war auch extrem unhöflich, intolerant und arrogant zu mir am Telefon und "gab ihrer Krankenschwester Rückendeckung" und nahm sich nicht die Zeit, auf meine Seite zu hören. Rachel Garant, eine zweijährige Krankenschwester, die das Haus eines Kunden verlässt, ohne ihren Job zu machen, ist völlig unethisch und unprofessionell. Rachel schrie mich an, wurde extrem defensiv, übernahm keine Verantwortung für ihre Handlungen der schlechten Kommunikation. und verließ mein Haus und ließ alle Medikamentenbecher und Medikamente auf meinem Tisch liegen. Bitte verwenden Sie nicht Superior Home Care, Inc. Ich bin ein verletzlicher Erwachsener und habe jetzt meine Medikamente nicht abgefüllt und hatte Medikamentenbecher, Medikamente und Papiere auf meinem Küchentisch, als Rachel mein Haus verließ, ohne ihre Arbeit zu machen .

Sie stellten eine Person ein, die sich um meine an Alzheimer erkrankte Mutter kümmerte, die eine verurteilte Schwerverbrecherin war und am Methadonprogramm teilnahm. Darüber überhaupt nicht glücklich. Die strafrechtliche Verurteilung dieser Person erfolgte, weil sie einem schutzbedürftigen Erwachsenen in ihrer Obhut teuren Schmuck und Schmerzmittel gestohlen hatte.
