Kam hierher für einen Teil, den ich nirgendwo anders finden konnte und der ein absoluter Ballschmerz war. Der Teileberater bestellte das falsche Teil und als ich ihn konfrontierte, fing er an zu blenden. Ich und mein Partner haben noch nie zuvor ein Auto bei einem Händler gekauft, und der Gedanke, in ein Mercedes-Autohaus zu gehen, um sich Smart-Autos anzusehen, war etwas beunruhigend. Nachdem ich eine Weile herumgestanden hatte, musste ich fragen, ob jemand mehr könnte

Das Auto wurde gewartet, nachdem ihnen mitgeteilt worden war, was los war - sie hatten die Teile nicht und mussten sie ein zweites Mal zurücknehmen. 7 Monate später ist der Fehler zurückgekehrt. Trotz 5 Telefonanrufen und 2 E-Mails seit Oktober können oder können sie nicht bestätigen, welche Reparaturen sie im Februar durchgeführt haben, sodass ich nicht weiß, ob sie das Teil ersetzt haben oder nicht. Sie werden in die Warteschleife gelegt, Personen (oder das Telefonsystem) legen auf, während der Anruf so klingt, als würde er beantwortet, und E-Mails müssen in ein schwarzes Loch gelangen, da ich noch keine Antwort erhalten habe.
