Hallo Leute! Ich möchte Sie vor dieser Firma warnen. Dies liegt daran, dass ich etwas erlebt habe, das nicht durch die Klammer gehen kann. Heute ist ein Mitarbeiter von Stipt-IT - Fritz - ohne Vorankündigung in unserem Unternehmen eingetroffen. Er zog das Internetmodem ohne unsere Erlaubnis von der Wand. Dies auch ohne Erklärung. Wir waren mit der Zollanmeldung beschäftigt. Die betreffende Person zog den Stecker und nahm das Modem mit. Wir blieben mit zwei Warteschlangen zurück. Der Grund war, dass unser Vertrag am 12. Dezember abgelaufen war. Wir wussten leider nichts darüber ... Dennoch denke ich, dass dies auf anständige Weise diskutiert werden könnte. Der Punkt ist, dass es keinen kundenfreundlichen Betrieb gegeben hat und dies ohne guten Grund. Ich finde es wirklich empörend, dass wir so behandelt werden. Nach 10 Jahren Zusammenarbeit !!! Ich habe das alles auch dem Angestellten gegenüber erwähnt, aber er hatte keine Nachricht darüber. Er dachte, wir sollten das mit jemand anderem machen und das geht ihn nichts an. Wir wurden noch nie so brutal behandelt. Deshalb finde ich das meistens unhöflich und nicht professionell. NICHT EMPFOHLEN! Auf keinen Fall tun !!!
