Während meines gesamten Timer-Spektrums habe ich es genossen, wie sie mit dem Zeitplan der Eltern arbeiten können. Sowohl Alicia als auch Tyffany waren in den verschiedenen Entwicklungsstadien von Kindern sehr gut ausgebildet und brachten mir neue Tipps und Tricks bei, die Eltern üben sollten. Beide brachten mir Lesestoff mit, den ich zwischen jedem Besuch durchgehen sollte, und dann sprachen wir beim nächsten Besuch darüber. Ich würde Spectrum wirklich jedem Interessierten als Vorschlag empfehlen. Danke Alicia und Tyffany und danke Spectrum.

Spectrum Child and Family ist mit Abstand die schlechteste Agentur aller Zeiten. Sie sind unhöflich und sehr respektlos. Sie hören nicht auf Ihre Bedürfnisse und erfüllen diese nicht, wenn es um Sie als Eltern oder um das Wohlergehen der Kinder geht. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass ihr Hauptaugenmerk auf die Pflegeeltern gerichtet ist, was nicht fair ist. Ich bin durch die Hölle gegangen und habe mich mit dieser falschen Agentur befasst. Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben eine Menge solcher Leute gesehen. Es tut mir sehr weh, mit ein paar lieblosen Menschen umzugehen, besonders wenn Ihre Kinder unter ihrer Obhut sind. Ich hoffe und bete, dass diese Agentur für alle und alles gesehen wird, was sie falsch machen. Wir als Eltern (Kinder) verdienen Respekt und verstehen ihn einfach nicht.
