NICHT ERMUTIGEN! Sie brauchten 4 Monate, um meine Anzahlung zurückzuerstatten, sodass ich 2 Monate ohne Neuigkeiten blieb und dann 2 Monate auf eine Rückerstattung von 30 USD wartete. Als ich in einer Nachricht erwähnte, dass ich es sehr gewöhnlich fand. Die für den Instagram-Account von Spa Brasil verantwortliche Person begann zu sagen, dass sie die Nachricht verloren hatte, und das bevor sie urteilte / kritisierte; 30 Dollar waren ihr (Cinthia) wirklich nichts. Kein Kundenservice und kein Geschäftssinn. Ich bin Student und musste ihnen wegen meiner Kaution hinterherlaufen. Nur für den Profit da und nicht sehr präsent, wenn es ein Problem gibt!

GEH NICHT DORTHIN! Sie brauchten 4 Monate (und mehrere Nachrichten von mir), bevor sie meine Anzahlung von 30 $ zurückerstatteten (wegen der zeitgenössischen Covid-Schließung). Niemand hat mir geantwortet, bis ich gesagt habe, dass es nicht in Ordnung ist, wenn ein Unternehmen aufhört, mir zu antworten. Die Verantwortliche des Spa Brasil Instagram Accounts begann mir dann zu erzählen, dass sie ALLE meine vorherigen Nachrichten verloren hat (seit Februar und wir Anfang Juni) und dass ich nichts kritisieren musste, da 30 $ nichts für sie waren, was sie zurückerstatten konnte. Kein Fokus auf Kundenservice und Geschäftsgesetze. Ich bin Student und es hat alles gekostet, um eine Nachricht von ihnen zu bekommen, auch wenn ich Geschichten und so weiter poste. Wirklich schlechter Service + beleidigt mich für eine so "nicht teure" Rückerstattung, nachdem ich mich 4 Monate lang ignoriert hatte LOL
