Fantastische Marke mit einem Design, das alle anspricht!

Ich wünschte, es wäre möglich, eine große fette Null zu hinterlassen. Wir haben letzten November bei Smeg ein Set Küchengeräte für unser neues Haus bestellt. Der Ofen wird nicht angezündet. Der Kühlschrank geht nicht an. Wir haben so oft angerufen, per E-Mail verschickt, wieder angerufen. In einem Umkreis von 500 Meilen gibt es keine Reparaturtechniker. Das Unternehmen wird unsere Anrufe nicht einmal mehr entgegennehmen. Sieht so aus, als wären wir 9000 Dollar wert.

Schrecklicher Kundenservice! Ich habe versucht, sie zu kontaktieren, nachdem ich viel Zeit verschwendet hatte, haben sie mir keine Antwort gegeben. Ich habe 2 Geräte nach 1 Jahr kaputt benutzt.

Der teure Kühlschrank funktionierte kurz nach 2 Jahren und 2 Wochen nicht mehr. Kein Kundenservice. Keine Entschuldigung für den Verkauf eines Geräts, das nicht ordnungsgemäß hergestellt wurde. Nach einer Überprüfung durch einen Techniker sagte er mir, dass mein Kühlschrank Kühlgas verliert und diese Leckage wahrscheinlich durch schlecht montierte Rohre verursacht wurde. Sie scheinen sich nicht um ihre Produkte zu kümmern, und sie kümmern sich bestimmt nicht um ihre Kunden.
