Josh L. von Skyline wurde von unserem Immobilienmakler zusammen mit zwei anderen Leuten empfohlen. Josh hatte von der ersten Minute an alles im Griff. Schnelle Antworten auf meine E-Mails und ausführliche Antworten auf Fragen. Wir trafen uns ein paar Tage später und er nahm sich die Zeit, mich über die Realität der Kreditaufnahme aufzuklären. Josh hat den Prozess klar umrissen, uns auf alle Fallstricke und Möglichkeiten aufmerksam gemacht, um uns in jeder Situation als bester Käufer zu positionieren. Letztendlich ging es bei seiner Führung ums Geld und brachte uns mit minimalem Aufwand in das Haus, das wir wollten. Oh, und er ist ehrlich. Er SAGTE, dass es eine Menge Papierkram geben würde, und er traf auch ins Schwarze ... LOL Die Quintessenz für uns war, dass Josh hart daran arbeitete, uns die Hypothek zu beschaffen, die wir wollten, wenn wir sie brauchten. :) er wusste, was zu tun war, wann und wie er sein Team am besten für uns einsetzen konnte. :)

John ist ein großartiger Typ, mit dem man arbeiten kann.

Vielleicht eine gute Firma, aber nicht mit Mr. Tishkoff, dem Kreditsachbearbeiter, mit dem ich zusammengearbeitet habe. Er war schrecklich und inkompetent. Herr Tishkoff konnte nach einem 45-tägigen Treuhandkonto nicht pünktlich abschließen und hielt keine Versprechen für den erstmaligen Käuferkredit ein. Wenn Sie ein Erstkäufer sind, verwenden Sie auf keinen Fall Mr. Tishkoff. Dieser Mann kann nur reden, bekommt aber nichts und ist ein Lügner, also vermeide es um jeden Preis, bei ihm einen Kredit aufzunehmen.
Er wird dir sagen, was immer du hören willst, bis zum letzten Tag, bis du herausfindest, dass du nicht alles bekommst, was du wolltest oder er dir gesagt hat, dass er dich bekommen würde. Am Ende haben Sie keinen Erstkäuferkredit und einen anderen Kredit, der nicht einmal rechtzeitig abgeschlossen wird und mehr kostet.
