Nach einem Jahr nach dem Kauf hatte ich ein kleines Problem mit einem Möbelstück. Ich schrieb eine E-Mail und wurde von einer Charita M unterstützt. Sie war großartig darin, mein Problem zu lösen und kümmerte sich sehr schnell um alles. Ich habe den besten Kundenservice erhalten. Ich würde diese Firma empfehlen.

Ich bin heute als Käufer mit all meinen Unternehmensausweisen zu Simon Li Furniture in High Point, North Carolina, gegangen. Als Simon Li-Vertreter unseren Ausweis scannten, warteten wir darauf, dass ein Mitarbeiter mit uns über den Boden ging. Wir saßen dann und warteten über 5 Minuten, während die Mitarbeiter in der Lounge vor uns redeten und sogar anderen Leuten halfen, die nach uns kamen. Als ob sie nicht besorgt wären, uns zu helfen. Ich habe mich dann entschlossen, mir die Artikel in der Show anzusehen, da wir andere Termine auf dem Möbelmarkt haben. Zu dieser Zeit wurde ich von einem Repräsentanten angesprochen, nicht um zu helfen, sondern um mich zu bitten, zurück zu kommen und Platz zu nehmen. Ich erklärte dann, dass wir andere Termine haben und ich würde nachsehen und sie könnten einen Repräsentanten haben, der mich einholt. Dann kam ein weißer männlicher Vertreter mittleren Alters auf mich zu, um nicht zu helfen, sondern um mir zu sagen, ich solle raus. ER sagte auch, er wollte mir unter keinen Umständen etwas verkaufen und von seinem Boden aufstehen.

Ich nehme an, das bedeutet, dass er, der Vertreter von SIMON LI, KEINE Geschäfte mit afroamerikanischen Geschäftsinhabern macht. Deshalb werden wir unserer Community mitteilen, dass SIMON LI CORPORATION unsere Dollars NICHT in den wichtigsten Märkten haben will.
