Die meisten Dozenten sind sehr qualifiziert und vermitteln die Theorie anhand praktischer Beispiele. Andere sind jedoch nicht für den Unterricht geeignet.

Wie man respektlos antwortet, ist für mich fraglich und ich möchte mit den Lügen / Vorwürfen aufklären, vielleicht beim nächsten Mal etwas besser recherchieren.

Ich war überrascht, dass mir eine Erinnerung für die Rechnung zum intensiven Unterricht zugesandt wurde, obwohl Frau G. mir am Telefon versicherte, dass die Erinnerung vorübergehend gestoppt werden würde, bis klar war, welchen Betrag ich bezahlen musste. Ich habe immer alle Rechnungen pünktlich bezahlt, daher verstehe ich diese Reaktion nicht.
Meiner Meinung nach ist der Ton in dieser Antwort auch nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich wollte mich nur anständig nach den mir verfügbaren Optionen in Bezug auf den Preis erkundigen, und im Gegenzug wurde ich so frech behandelt. Daher meine Bewertung.
Ich habe die Beschwerde selbst bezahlt, durch Rücknahme wurde mir der gesamte Betrag bis zu einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von CHF 100.- erstattet. Es ist richtig, dass Sie diese CHF 100.- übernommen haben. Ich habe gerade das Geld an Sie zurücküberwiesen. Ich kann mich noch genau daran erinnern, wie Sie mich am letzten Tag, an dem Sie die Prüfungen eingereicht haben, die Sie bereits am Wochenende eingereicht haben, so aktiv unterstützt haben, und es gab keine Spur meiner korrigierten Prüfungen.

Außerdem war ich nie undankbar darüber, dass wir drei Abende lang Einzelunterricht genießen konnten, um uns wieder auf die Prüfung 2020 vorzubereiten.

Ich freue mich übrigens sehr, dass zwei der besten Absolventen bei eid sind. Prüfung 2019 von Simakom waren!
Sie haben jedoch vergessen, die vielen Simakom-Absolventen zu erwähnen, die 2019 trotz der versprochenen "praxisorientierten und zielgerichteten" Lektionen leider nicht bestanden haben.

Aber danke für deine Antwort und dein Feedback, ich hätte es nicht besser machen können.

Als Dozent schätze ich diese kleine, aber feine Marketingschule, die viel mit den Schülern zu tun hat und immer versucht, sie so gut wie möglich zu unterstützen. Dass die Schule auch auf dem neuesten Stand ist, zeigt die Tatsache, dass digitales Marketing auch bei der Planung der verschiedenen Kurse eine wichtige Rolle spielt. Wir bleiben dran! ;-);
