"Grundsätzlich werden keine Anrufe weitergeleitet und alle Anfragen müssen schriftlich gestellt werden, da alle Mitarbeiter so beschäftigt sind, dass sie keine Zeit zum Telefonieren haben." Nehmen Sie mich dann manchmal fragen, wann die armen Mitarbeiter dann Zeit haben, die Mails zu lesen und zu beantworten ;-) Der Trick - ein bestimmter Mitarbeiter hat mich gesucht und um einen Anruf gebeten ....
