Warum nehmen sie Geld von meinem Konto ab, seltsam für mich, dass ich nie eine Lastschrift eingestellt habe

Ich habe über ein Jahr lang ohne Vertrag Geld von meinem Konto abgebucht, nie eine Mitgliedskarte oder ähnliches ausgestellt (ich war Mitglied eines anderen Fitnessstudios, in dem Serco 3 Jahre zuvor Zahlungen eingezogen hatte, also schätze, sie haben meine Daten von dort erhalten). Ich sagte meiner Bank, die dann mein Geld zurückforderte, und ich hatte einen Brief vom Mitgliedschaftsteam, in dem sie sagten, dass sie mit meinem Anspruchsbit einverstanden waren, und trat dann in MS S Khamkar ein, der in Ordnung anfing, aber als ich dann den Brief schickte, hatte ich die Person gesagt, die ihn gesendet hatte es hatte nicht die Autorität und sie würde weiter nachforschen. Ich habe jetzt drei Wochen gewartet und nichts gehört und sie viermal verfolgt. In meinem letzten Gespräch war sie sehr unhöflich und ist eindeutig ein Jobwert mit wenig sozialen Fähigkeiten

Ich habe mein Geld während der Sperrung genommen und lehne jetzt die Rückerstattung ab. Vertraue diesen Betrügern nicht, sie werden dich ausrauben
