Dies ist ein Familienunternehmen. Sie werden Teil eines Teams, das eng miteinander verbunden ist und dessen Arbeitsmoral von größter Bedeutung ist. Du bist nicht mehr eine Anzahl von Tausenden !! Sie sind ein wesentlicher Bestandteil eines Systems, das darauf angewiesen ist, dass Sie Ihre Arbeit erledigen und zuverlässig sind! Dies ist kein Ort, an dem Sie sich im System verlaufen und Ihr Nachlassen durch die Summe aller gemittelt wird. Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass es auch nicht gemittelt wird und verloren geht, wenn Sie sich durch Ihre Leistung auszeichnen! Sie werden dafür bemerkt und belohnt !!! Mein Abschied von der Firma war auf einen Umzug zurückzuführen, nicht auf Zufriedenheit! Ich habe meinen Job geliebt und ich hatte Spaß daran! Hab keine Angst hart zu arbeiten! Je mehr Sie investieren, desto mehr werden Sie belohnt! so einfach ist das !! Wenn Sie nur einen Job wollen ... gehen Sie woanders hin, wenn Sie eine Karriere wollen. Die Vorteile sind gleich den besten im Geschäft. Zusammenfassend erhalten Sie alle Vorteile eines großen Unternehmens ohne die Nachteile!
