Die Bewertung bezieht sich nicht auf das Produkt, sondern auf die telefonische Beratung. Wir hatten einige Fragen und baten darum, zurückgerufen zu werden. Sobald die Beraterin am nächsten Tag hörte, dass wir nur an 3 Lizenzen interessiert waren und auch Fragen mit ausländischem Akzent stellten, sagte sie: "Bei uns kostet es 400 Euro pro Monat und die Implementierung kostet 7000 Euro. Sind Sie sicher, dass Sie Ich kann es mir leisten? Ich habe nur die Hälfte der Antworten auf meine Fragen erhalten.

"KMU SAP aus der Cloud". Sehr innovatives und dynamisches Unternehmen aus Bonn.

Leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Kundenservice und der Software. Wir haben wirklich in die Implementierung investiert, aber leider war die Software einfach zu langsam für die Verarbeitung. Der Service war mit dem Problem nicht mehr verfügbar ... Das Endergebnis war mehr Story und echte Softwarekompetenz. Schade...
