Lutherische Kirche San Marcos: Ein Ort der Anbetung und Gemeinschaft
Die San Marcos Lutheran Church (SMLC) ist eine einladende Gemeinschaft von Gläubigen, die sowohl Online- als auch persönliche Gottesdienste anbietet. Mit einer reichen Geschichte, die bis ins Jahr 1961 zurückreicht, bedient SMLC das Gebiet von San Marcos seit über sechs Jahrzehnten.
Wir bei SMLC glauben, dass es bei Anbetung nicht nur darum geht, sonntags in die Kirche zu gehen, sondern auch darum, sinnvolle Beziehungen zu Glaubensbrüdern aufzubauen. Deshalb bieten wir nach jedem Gottesdienst Erfrischungen und Gemeinschaft auf der Terrasse an, um den Mitgliedern die Möglichkeit zu geben, miteinander in Kontakt zu treten.
Unser Gottesdienstplan umfasst jeden Sonntag zwei Gottesdienste – einen informellen Gottesdienst um 9:30 Uhr und einen traditionellen Gottesdienst um 11:00 Uhr. Beide Gottesdienste sollen eine erhebende Erfahrung bieten, die Sie spirituell erfrischt fühlen lässt.
Der informelle Service ist perfekt für diejenigen, die eine entspanntere Atmosphäre bevorzugen. Es bietet zeitgenössische Musik unter der Leitung unserer talentierten Lobpreisband sowie interaktive Elemente wie Gebetsstationen und Gruppendiskussionen.
Der traditionelle Gottesdienst folgt einem strukturierteren Format mit klassischen Kirchenliedern, begleitet von unserem erfahrenen Organisten. Die Predigt wird von unserem Pastor gehalten, der aufschlussreiche Lehren basierend auf biblischen Prinzipien bietet.
Zusätzlich zu unseren regulären Gottesdiensten bietet SMLC die ganze Woche über verschiedene Programme an, die auf unterschiedliche Altersgruppen und Interessen zugeschnitten sind. Dazu gehören Bibelstudien, Jugendgruppen, Frauengruppen, Männergruppen und mehr.
Bei SMLC glauben wir daran, der Gemeinschaft durch freundliche Taten und Wohltätigkeitsarbeit etwas zurückzugeben. Wir arbeiten mit lokalen Organisationen wie Habitat for Humanity und der North County Food Bank zusammen, um das Leben der Menschen um uns herum positiv zu beeinflussen.
