SFDS hat unter den Peer Schools eines der besten Schüler-Lehrer-Verhältnisse. In der Unterstufe wird jede Klasse von einem Meisterlehrer und einem Co-Lehrer geleitet. Es gibt auch einen Lernressourcenspezialisten, der im Klassenzimmer arbeitet, und eine Klassenhilfe. Also 4 Erzieher: 22/23 Schüler.

Das Curriculum ist durchdacht und zielgerichtet. Zweifellos sind die Akademiker an der Schule stark, aber ebenso wichtig ist der Fokus gerade in den ersten Klassen auf die soziale und emotionale Entwicklung. Reaktionsschnelle Unterrichtstechniken helfen, alle Schüler anzuziehen, egal ob sie schüchtern und zurückhaltend oder quirlig und ausgelassen sind, und es entsteht eine Gemeinschaft, in der dauerhafte Freundschaften entstehen.

Das Kunstprogramm an der Schule ist phänomenal - allen Schülern werden lokale und internationale Künstler vermittelt, von denen einige an die Schule kommen, um zu unterrichten. Musik-, Wissenschafts- und Mathematikspezialisten sind alle erstklassig.

Aber die beste Kritik von allen kommt von unseren Kindern, die die Schule, ihre Lehrer, ihre Klassen und ihre Freunde lieben. Diese Schulliebe erstreckt sich bis zur neuen Cafeteria, von der sie berichten, dass sie "tolles Essen" hat, das so gut ist "wir sollten diese Rezepte zu Hause kochen".
