SALMAT NICHT VERWENDEN!

Meine Firma beauftragte Salmat mit der Lieferung von rd. 40.000 Kühlschrankmagnete Ende Oktober 2019.

6 Wochen später und kein einziger Job oder eine einzige Anfrage, abgesehen von einem verärgerten Bewohner, der sich über große Mengen unseres Materials beschwert, das illegal über sein Eigentum und seinen Fußweg außerhalb seines Wohnsitzes abgeladen wurde. (siehe Bild im Anhang)

Kontaktierte das Management, aber es gelang ihnen nicht, den Vorfall zu untersuchen oder meine Anrufe zurückzugeben. Eine E-Mail wurde auch an den General Manager (Matthew Carracher) gesendet. Wie erwartet wurde keine Antwort oder Mitteilung empfangen.

Das Callcenter ist für Philipper eingerichtet, sodass das Management die Anrufe filtern kann, die es annehmen und ablehnen möchte.

Ich bin sicher, Salmat wird auf diese Beschwerde mit einer allgemeinen Antwort antworten und erklären, dass sie sich mit dieser Angelegenheit befassen werden, oder sie werden Kontakt aufnehmen, um dieses Problem zu lösen, glaube ich nicht!

Salmat leistet hervorragende Arbeit bei der Lieferung von Katalogen. Sehr empfehlenswert

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob sie überhaupt unsere Flyer geliefert haben. Keine Berichte, kein Feedback, keine Folgeanrufe des Unternehmens. Sie nehmen gerne Ihr Geld und bieten die Dienstleistungen nicht an.

Leicht zu finden - ging für ein Finanz-Vorstellungsgespräch. Normalerweise Sachen, hoffe es ist eine gute Firma zu arbeiten.

Arbeiten Sie nicht für diese Firma. Ich arbeite jetzt seit 4 Wochen und wurde immer noch nicht bezahlt. Sie sagen mir immer wieder, dass die Bankdaten falsch sind, aber ich habe sie über 4 Mal gesendet. Sie sagen nur, dass am nächsten Mittwoch Ihr gesamtes Geld auf Ihrem Konto sein wird, aber das tut es nie.
