Wir sind vor etwas mehr als einem Jahr in eine neu gebaute Wohnungsbaugesellschaft gezogen. Das Garagentor in der Wohnungsbaugesellschaft wurde von Rosing geliefert und installiert.
Seit dem Einzug hatten wir Probleme mit dem Garagentor und dem Dialog mit Rosing. Der mit dem Tor gelieferte Motor läuft heiß, so dass das Tor entweder weit geöffnet ist oder die Bewohner nicht in die Garage ein- oder aussteigen. Seit dem Einzug hatten wir mehrere Einbrüche in der Garage und zusätzlich zu den Bewohnern, denen Fahrräder und Habseligkeiten von Verkaufsständen auf dem Parkplatz gestohlen wurden, wurden mehrere Autos beschädigt. Wir sollten nicht sagen, dass es eine direkte Verbindung zwischen dem beschädigten Tor gibt, aber dass jetzt bekannt ist, dass das Tor zur Garage oft offen ist - hat wahrscheinlich nicht geholfen.
Der Vorstand der Wohnungsbaugesellschaft hat das Thema Rosing wiederholt erfolglos angesprochen. Wir Bewohner haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass Rosing seinen Verpflichtungen nicht nachkommt, und der Vorstand kämpft mit der Zeit, in der Rosing tatsächlich auftaucht. Dies geschieht zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt als vereinbart und der Fehler wird nicht behoben.
Unser Tipp, wenn es um Garagentorlieferanten geht: Wählen Sie eine andere Person als Rosing.
