Frau Liz ist sehr unhöflich und nicht manieriert, als Direktorin sollte sie ihren Mitarbeitern ein besseres Beispiel geben. Sie nimmt ihre Position ein und hat das Gefühl, unprofessionell mit Menschen sprechen zu können. Als Mutter sollte sie verstehen, dass Menschen Appt haben und nicht rund um die Uhr im Ronald McDonald Haus eingesperrt werden können. Wird nicht empfehlen. Respektlos und keine Klasse.
