Ich bin seit 11 Jahren ein Patient und hoffe, noch viele weitere zu sein. Die Rocky Mtn MS Clinic verfügt über ein freundliches, professionelles Personal, erfahrene Ärzte und Praktiker. Sie verbessern ständig ihr internes Infusionszentrum, um den Komfort ihrer Patienten zu gewährleisten. Ich würde ihnen 10 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte.

Die Ärzte hier sind großartig in dem, was sie tun. Sehr professionell, hervorragend informiert und mitfühlend am Bett. Ich war hier geduldig und bin jetzt in sehr guten Händen.

Wir haben heute versucht, einen Termin mit diesem Büro zu vereinbaren, aber sie werden uns erst sehen, wenn wir eine offizielle Diagnose für MS haben. Das war der ganze Grund, warum wir an Sie verwiesen wurden. Sehr wenig hilfreich. Schau woanders hin. Nicht beeindruckt.

Ich kann nicht über die anderen Ärzte sprechen, aber Dr. West war schrecklich. Ich traf besondere Vorkehrungen, um die Arbeit vorzeitig zu verlassen, und kam pünktlich an, wobei alle Unterlagen ausgefüllt waren. Ich musste fast eine Stunde warten, er ging herum und plauderte mit dem Personal am Schreibtisch. Ich hörte alles darüber, woher seine Frau kam, wo einer der Mitarbeiter kürzlich Urlaub machte und so weiter und so fort. Außerdem war der Warteraum sehr heiß. In Anbetracht der Spezialität der Klinik würden Sie denken, dass sie temperaturempfindlich sind. Als sie mich schließlich in den Untersuchungsraum brachten, kam Dr. West herein, redete eine Meile pro Minute und sagte mir, er hätte einen anderen Patienten auf sich warten lassen. Ich konnte sagen, dass er keine der Informationen gelesen hatte, die ich auf das 9-seitige Patienteninformationsblatt geschrieben hatte, weil er mich noch einmal alles fragte und nie wirklich zuhörte. Ich werde nicht zurückkehren!

Die Ärzte sind großartig, aber die Infusionsklinik wird immer schlimmer. Die Krankenschwestern beschweren sich ständig, entweder über ihre anspruchsvollen Patienten oder über ihr Leben. Wenn sie für eine Infusion hereinkommen, unterbrechen sie ihre Gespräche und sie sind verärgert. Sie werden leicht von den unsichtbaren Seiten der MS überwältigt - der emotionalen, der Verwirrung oder der Langsamkeit.

Im Grunde ist es so, als würde man sich in einem anderen Krankenhaus behandeln lassen, in dem man sich nicht wohl fühlt. Früher haben sie wirklich alle Ihre MS behandelt und Sie als Menschen verstanden und respektiert, aber das ist nicht mehr so.

Grundsätzlich gilt: Kommen Sie wegen der Ärzte hierher, aber wenn Sie in der Lage sind, holen Sie sich Ihre Infusionen woanders
