Ich bin seit 2010 Krankenschwester und habe NIE an einem Ort gearbeitet, an dem die Bewohner immer an erster Stelle stehen, sich um Wunden kümmern und ihre Krankenschwestern STÄNDIG erziehen. Tamika, DON, ich wünschte wirklich, ich hätte dort als brandneue Krankenschwester angefangen zu arbeiten! Es gibt einen Grund, warum Ihre Krankenschwestern seit mehr als 15 Jahren dort sind. Gesamtes familiäres Umfeld. Ich würde meine Familie dort unterbringen
