Wir vermieten ein Strandhaus am Navarre Beach von ResortQuest by Marriott und Vacasa Rentals. Die Servicemitarbeiter sind freundlich, haben jedoch NICHT die Absicht, Probleme mit der Unterkunft zu beheben. Wenn Sie mit ResortQuest by Marriott sprechen, geben sie dem Eigentümer und / oder Vacasa die Schuld. Wenn Sie mit Vacasa sprechen, geben sie Marriott oder dem Eigentümer die Schuld. Es ist fast so, als hätten sie es absichtlich so eingerichtet, um das Geld zu spielen.
Unser spezielles Problem ist, dass wir kein WiFi / Internet haben und keiner der Fernseher funktioniert, da es sich um Smart-TVs handelt, die WiFi benötigen. Dies ist ein gewaltiger Deal für uns, da wir beide arbeiten und eine Tochter haben, die an Online-Kursen teilnimmt. Wir werden wahrscheinlich unseren Urlaub vorzeitig verlassen müssen, weil wir eine Woche lang keinen Zugang zum Internet haben können und die Insel jetzt ausgebucht ist. Wir haben 3 Tage lang versucht, dies zu beheben.
Hier ist das Schlimmste. Keiner der Kontoinhaber hat tatsächlich 10 Minuten bei AT & T angerufen, um herauszufinden, warum das Haus keinen Service hat. Sie weigern sich anzurufen. Dann sagten sie, sie vermuten, dass der Service der ganzen Insel ausgefallen ist ... NOPE. Der Nachbar von AT & T sagt, es geht ihm gut.

1) Wir haben schriftlich bestätigt, bevor wir gebucht haben, dass alle Annehmlichkeiten ordnungsgemäß funktionieren. Sie bestätigten schriftlich, dass dies der Fall war.
2) Sie sagten uns, wenn sie dieses Problem nicht lösen könnten, würden sie uns auf ein anderes Grundstück verlegen. 3 Tage später teilten sie uns mit, dass dies nicht möglich ist.
