Mein Kredit wurde von Hecks und Krediten mit perfektem Kredit und nie einer verspäteten Zahlung ausverkauft und ich war NIE mehr entsetzt über eine "Firma" in meinem Leben! RSC hatte einen schlechten (um es leicht auszudrücken) Kundenservice. Ich musste betteln, um meine Hypothek zu bezahlen, und sie versuchten alles in ihrer Macht stehende, um sie zu sabatieren. Nach zwei Monaten und Stunden des Telefonierens rief ich meinen Makler an und sagte ihm, ich würde lieber die doppelte Hypothek bezahlen, als mich jemals wieder mit diesen Leuten zu befassen. Nachdem er meine Probleme erklärt hatte, teilte er mir mit, dass es den Anschein hatte, als wollten sie mich mehr als 30 Tage zu spät bei meiner Zahlung veranlassen, damit mich niemand anderes für ein Jahr refinanzieren würde !!! Ich zog jede Notfallressource heraus, die ich zweimal bezahlen musste, um nicht für einen weiteren Tag in dieser Firma eingesperrt zu sein! Wütend! Aus einer riesigen Kugel ausgewichen !!! Würde diese Gauner niemandem empfehlen! Viel Glück

Sehr schlechter Service bei RCS. Das Darlehen wurde an einen neuen Spediteur verkauft und meine letzte Zahlung wurde an RCS gesendet, aber sie haben ihr Postfach geändert und können es nicht finden. Ich habe Angst, meine Zahlung zu stornieren, da ich garantieren kann, dass sie versuchen, den Scheck einzulösen, er wird abprallen und sie werden mich bestrafen. Sie haben mit dieser Situation sehr schlecht umgegangen und zuvor nichts unternommen, um eine bessere Bewertung zu rechtfertigen. Ich werde sie der BBB melden und meine Zahlung ist noch fällig.
