Ich wünschte, ich könnte 0 Sterne hinterlassen ... aber hier sind wir ... dieses Büro ist schwer zu erreichen, die Betreiber sind oft unhöflich und herablassend, die Qualität des Produkts ist ein Hit / Miss ... leider beschränkt uns unsere Versicherung darauf Büro und ein anderes lokales ... Ich war noch nie mit Reed Vision zufrieden und jetzt, da es Promedica Reed Vision ist ... hat der Kundenservice einen neuen Tiefpunkt erreicht ...

Vor ein paar Jahren haben sie meine Frau und mich überfordert, wir haben mehrmals angerufen und mit ihnen gesprochen, und jedes Mal wurde uns versichert, dass der Fehler behoben werden würde. Wir werden also immer noch von diesem Fehler heimgesucht, weil er an ein Inkassobüro ging. Sie versuchten, uns die Versicherungskosten in Rechnung zu stellen, und sagten uns, wir hätten unsere Zuzahlung nicht bezahlt. Wir alle wissen, dass sie niemanden gehen lassen, ohne dass ihre Zuzahlung bezahlt wird. Ich werde Reed Vision nie wieder verwenden.
