Es tut mir leid, den Namen des ganzen Büros zu verletzen, aber Yury Garamyan hat wirklich meine gesamte Erfahrung im Immobilienbereich ruiniert. Seine eklatante Respektlosigkeit und Ignoranz war wirklich nachvollziehbar.

Wir einigten uns auf den Kaufpreis für die Immobilie und der Abschlussprozess war im Gange. Die Besichtigung, Begutachtung, Titelsuche und die Finanzierung waren erledigt. Und 5 Tage vor der Schließung fand die Titelgesellschaft heraus, dass für 17 Jahre auf dem Grundstück eine Gebühr von 550 US-Dollar pro Jahr anfiel! Das sind $9350 aus meiner Tasche. Und als er kontaktiert wurde, war dieser Typ wie du. Ich habe vergessen, das offen zu legen, und du kannst aus dem Vertrag zurücktreten, wenn du willst. Ich hatte meine Wohnung bereits gekündigt, meine Sachen gepackt, meine Kreditbearbeitung erledigt und meinen Umzug voll geplant und jetzt gibt er nicht einmal einen Kredit von 1000 Dollar dafür und bittet mich, wegzugehen, wenn ich will. Er weiß, dass ich an dieser Stelle nicht zurückweichen kann und nutzt diese Tatsache nur aus. Schlechteste Maklererfahrung aller Zeiten.

EBENEZER EKUBAN (BEN) hat im Grunde Geld von mir genommen, sagte, ich sei für eine Anmietung genehmigt worden, kommt dann zurück und versucht, mir das Doppelte für eine Kaution in Rechnung zu stellen

Die Zusammenarbeit mit Nicole Peters war eine tolle Erfahrung. Ich wurde von einem Freund empfohlen und obwohl mein Mann und ich die Wohnung, die wir mieten wollten, nicht gefunden haben, wissen wir, dass wir uns in Zukunft wieder an Nicole wenden werden. Sehr empfehlenswert!
