Wir könnten uns keinen besseren Agenten wünschen! Vince Walk verkaufte unser Haus und half uns bei der Suche / dem Kauf unseres derzeitigen Hauses. Er ist geduldig, professionell, hat sich kurzfristig zur Verfügung gestellt und ist auf seinem Gebiet sehr kompetent.
Wir haben unser Haus an einem Freitag gelistet und hatten bis Sonntagabend mehrere Angebote. Wir haben am Samstag ein Angebot für unser aktuelles Haus gemacht, das bis Montag angenommen wurde. Er gab solide Ratschläge zum Thema Inszenierung / Verkauf und war sehr freundlich mit unseren Zeitplänen (ich bin Krankenschwester und arbeite auf Abruf, daher ist es immer schwierig, Termine zu vereinbaren). Ich bin besonders (sprich: "schwierig") und Vince respektierte / ehrte meine Must-Haves / Deal-Breaker mit großen Schritten.
